Never thought I'd be doing a yelp review about a dealership but these guys killed it. So today bought a new car. Very first new car for us and Alan and Tyler were amazing. From stepping on the lot to riding off with our new ride the staff was AMAZING! I know people often think of getting a car as a daunting task or dread it but Tyler and Alan made it actually a really great experience. I wish I had more money right now I'd buy another from them now. Mike was awesome too. Total awesome job crew I told them I would look for them when we are ready to get another car.

It's so nice to not have to sit at a dealership all day to purchase a car. I worked with George prior to my arrival. He showed the vehicle I was interested in as well as a couple used cars that I had my eye one. I test drove the Malibu and loved it. He put some numbers together while I ran some errands. We finalized our deal and I headed back to sign the paperwork. He showed me how to use all the features and helped me set up and pair my phone, program my seat, set up MyChevorlet app and my Onstar. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you George and the Bob Stall Team for making my 2nd purchase with your location a breeze. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I must say that Alan was very knowledgeable, considerate and patient. Before going to Bob Stall Chevrolet in La Mesa, I went to a different dealership (Not a Chevy dealership) where I had scheduled an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived, the person I made the appointment with wasn't even available. He introduced himself, then handed me over to a completely inexperienced young man. Needless to say, I walked out. I'm sooo thankful that Alan was very professional, and that he treated me with kindness and respect...he made this car-buying experience a positive one for me :) Janice R
